Scholarships Offered Under The Indian Technical And Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme 2012-2013

These scholarships include return air-fare between Vietnam and the place of study, tuition fees and a monthly stipend. Accommodation will be provided by the host institution free of cost. Under this programme the nominee is eligible for training or a visit to India on not more than one occasion. The nominee is required to have five years minimum work experience and needs to be between 25 and 45 years in age. VEF Fellowship Program

The Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) application and selection process is open, competitive, and transparent. The U.S. Embassy in Vietnam is pleased to announce the Fulbright Vietnamese Student Scholarship Program for the academic year 2013-2014. The Fulbright Program will arrange placement at universities in the United States.
