Tra Vinh University held the Opening Ceremony for the new Undergraduate Course majoring in Law

In the morning of July 15th, 2012, Tra Vinh University (TVU) solemnly held the Opening Ceremony for the part-time undergraduate Course of Law as Home Affairs Department’s demand. The participants at the Ceremony were Mr. Vo Hoang Khai- Vice Rector of TVU, Mr. Bui Van Binh- Vice Director of Tra Vinh Home Affairs Department; representatives of related offices and faculties and students of this class.

            With the coordination of Tra Vinh Home Affairs Department, TVU enrolled 99 students for this class. Most of the students have been working at different departments in Tra Vinh Province and have the demands to upgrade their qualification.

             On behalf of TVU leaders, Mr. Vo Hoang Khai- TVU Vice Rector sent his congratulations to all students of the class. In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Khai hopes that the students will manage their work and study to get the highest results. Also, Mr. Bui Van Binh- Vice Director of Tra Vinh Home Affairs Department encouraged the students to make great efforts in studying, applying what they have studied to their present professions and sugessted the leaders of the departments whose employees attend this class giving them favorable conditions to accomplish the studying program.
