TVU’s new partner: Palompon Institute of Technology, Philippines

The MOU signing between TVU and Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) has created new opportunities for the both parties’ sustainable development.

With the charter of collaboration for co-development, TVU delegation led by the vice president Ms Thach Thi Dan paid a visit to PIT on March 28th, 2019, ending its 7-day fruitful partnership tour to the Philippines.

 

Impressed by a formal and cozy welcoming, the delegation then had a successful cooperative memorandum of understanding signing ceremony with PIT led by Dr Virginia S. Beltran, the Vice President of Academic. Right after the ceremony, TVU delegation worked closely with the president board and key officials to identify specific cooperation areas.

Consequently, both institutions agreed on a number of primary areas of cooperation including research and extension capability training programs, cultural exchange, faculty and student exchange and research collaboration in gender and development.

 

Representatives of TVU and PIT exchanged their gratitude and congratulations on the successful start of the partnership. Ms Thach Thi Dan did not forget to invite leaders of PIT and its delegates to pay TVU a visit for a better understanding of its Vietnamese partner and for specific cooperation activities.
