This award has attracted society’s attention, gathering many innovative scientific research works with high applicability and can be developed into commercial products.

Two representatives from Tra Vinh University won the third prize in the competition with the research topic “Analyzing the impact of work motivation, trust in the organization on the job performance behavior of accountants at construction enterprises in Tra Vinh province”. They are Tran Minh Nam, a student of Accounting class 2018, and Tran Linh Vy, a student of Accounting class B 2017, of the School of Economics and Law.

Minh Nam said: “It is our great honor to receive this award. Although, we had to face many difficulties when starting the research. However, scientific research also brings us many benefits, it helps us to gain more knowledge, develop critical thinking ability, and many other skills. These are valuable experiences for us to improve ourselves”. “Besides the difficulties, we are always guided and supported by TVU, and our supervisor during the research process and also the funding for the project implementation,” Linh Vy added.

Master Huynh Tan Khuong, lecturer at the School of Economics and Law who directly guided Minh Nam and Linh Vy, shared: “In the past two years, students have always actively enjoyed scientific research activities. There are 15 university-level projects conducted by students this year. The lecturers always encourage and guide students to pursue scientific research to improve the quality of the studying and training of the Faculty.

These are very proud results of TVU students during the time affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, this result also creates more motivation for students in showing their scientific research ability.
