TVU – On September 18, 2022, the Youth Union – Student Association of Tra Vinh University organized an activity to respond to “Green Sunday” on campus. The activity attracted more than 800 Members and students to participate.
This is the fourth campaign to be launched this year in response to “Green Sunday” within the campaign to make the world cleaner “Waste sorting – for a green Vietnam” in 2022. Through the event, participants can improve their awareness and responsibility for environmental preservation and Green-Clean-Beautiful landscape maintenance
At the campaign, The Youth Union – Student Association of Tra Vinh University outlined the activity’s message, and deep meaning of the activity as follows: “We all share responsibility for protecting the environment since it is not only to have effects on individual and organization but is a problem of the entire world also. Let’s save the fresh air with the most minor actions. With your roles and responsibilities, Members of Tra Vinh University’s Youth Union and Student Association of Tra Vinh University must show a pioneering role in activities in general and protection of environmental issues in particular.
The University’s Youth Union-Student Association has deployed and directly given orders to 11 grassroots unions and affiliated units to clean the dormitory, self-study areas, classrooms, and campus roads. This action demonstrates the commitments of Tra Vinh University’s students and Youth Union – Student Association’s members in protecting the Green – Clean – Beautiful environment.
