TVU – On January 8, 2023, Tra Vinh University welcomed 500 students from Thai Thanh Hoa High School – Ca Mau Province, Tu Kiet High School – Tien Giang Province, Binh Phuc Nhut High School – Tien Giang Province, Lap Vo High School – Dong Thap Province, Cau Quan High School – Tra Vinh Province came to visit the learning environment and experience professions at the faculties of the University with many interesting and useful activities.
Tra Vinh University always accompanies and welcomes high school students from inside and outside the province to visit, experience, and advise on admissions and career guidance to help students gain insight into their favorite major and orient for the future.
Ms. Le Hong Tem, a teacher at Thai Thanh Hoa High School – Ca Mau said: “By bringing students to experience at the school, we want them to have practical experiences and better understand the environment higher education schools so that they can have career choices in the future.”
Ho Kim Ngan, a student at Thai Thanh Hoa High School – Ca Mau shared: “After an experience at the school, especially having a night stay at the school’s dormitory, I found that the room in the dormitory is spacious, full facilities and activities in the dormitory of students are very happy. In addition, I received enthusiastic advice from teachers and students about the academic environment as well as professions at Tra Vinh University.”
Mai Thi Que Trinh, a student of class 12A2, Binh Phuc Nhut High School – Tien Giang, shared her feelings when she first arrived at Tra Vinh University: “I was most impressed by the green and spacious campus of the school and the friendliness of teachers and students here. I get to visit the faculties and laboratories to help me vividly imagine what the university environment is like and what I need to prepare to study in the future.”
“Through exchanging, learning knowledge and experiencing academic activities at the Faculty of State Management & Office Administration, Faculty of Agriculture and Fisheries, Faculty of Engineering Technology, Faculty of Economics and Law, and so on, I find it interesting and useful.” Nguyen Thi Minh Ly, class 12C3, Lap Vo 2 High School – Dong Thap expressed.
Tra Vinh University also welcomes the leaders of the Departments of Youth Education and Sports of the two provinces Svey Rieng and Takeo – Cambodia and 30 teachers and teachers who are principals of high schools of the two provinces to visit and experience in Tra Vinh University.
