TVU – On July 30th, Tra Vinh Business Incubator, Tra Vinh University holds a business training program with the theme “Secrets of Recruitment and Personnel Management,” aimed at helping businesses gain a better understanding of methods, techniques, and strategies for recruitment and personnel management.
Sharing their experiences at the program are experts such as Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Nuong, CEO of Hanh Phuc Human Resource Company Limited and a member of the Southern National Startup Advisory and Support Council; and MA. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Branch President of Sao Mai Educational Psychological Science Association and Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Southern National Startup Advisory and Support Council.
Representing Tra Vinh University is Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An, Director of Tra Vinh Province Business Incubator and Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The program has the participation of 40 small and medium-sized businesses, household businesses, cooperatives, and students with a passion for entrepreneurship.
Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An shares: “Recruitment and personnel management are two important and necessary factors for achieving success in business. These aspects are closely related in the operation of an organization, and effective personnel management will create a positive and efficient working environment, contributing to the business’s development.”
During the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Nuong emphasizes that recruitment and personnel management are vital for businesses. She states that the goal of recruitment is to search, attract, and recruit candidates suitable for job requirements, contributing to the company’s development. The goal of personnel management is to ensure that personnel are developed and used effectively to achieve the company’s business objectives.
The main topics covered during the program include how to build candidate profiles, design recruitment forms, attract candidates, build employer branding, and effective personnel management. These topics help businesses set directions and approach high-quality human resources, contributing to the sustainable development of the company.
Ms. Vo Ngoc Minh, the owner of Pearly Minh flower shop, shares: “Participating in this program helps me learn skills in recruiting personnel and gain more experience in building a quality personnel recruitment plan for the business. Additionally, I experience the practical environment and flexibly apply skills in building a personnel team for the business’s development.”
