On October 19th and 20th, 2012, 53 TVU female contestants competed with their “ao dai” and office attire performance together with their intellectual responses. The three contestants including Ho Thi Thuy Hang, Huynh Thi Ngoc Ngoan and Nguyen Thuy Thuy performed excellently and became the winners in the contest.

After the vibrant competition, Board of Examiners decided to select 10 best contestants to perform their intellectual responses in the final round. The subjects in this round involved knowledge and experience about cultural, social issues and women’s style in modern life.
After the final round of competition, the Board of Examiners selected three best contestants. The first, second and third prize were awarded to Ho Thi Thuy Hang, Office of Communist Youth Union and Student Association; Huynh Thi Ngoc Ngoan and Nguyen Thuy Thuy, Teacher Education Practice School respectively. There were five consolation prizes. Besides, the Organization Board awarded extra prizes such as the most beautiful “ao dai”, the nicest office attire, the most intellectual response, the oldest contestant, the contestant with the most votes by audiences and the loveliest countenance.
The first contest “Office Beauty”, 2012 was very useful for TVU female officials on the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day. This opportunity helped them to get experience in performing their aptitude, activeness, creativity, and inside and outside beauty in front of crowds as well as representing great qualities of Vietnamese women.
