On July 10, 2022, Tra Vinh University held the graduation ceremony, conferring bachelor and engineering degrees upon 354 new graduates of classes of 2017, 2018, and 2019 of the work-study program.
At the ceremony, there was the participation of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice Rector of Tra Vinh University; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Nguyen, Director of the Resource Development Institute; along with representatives of leaders of faculties and departments.
On the side of joint training partners, there were Mr. Tran The Vy, Principal of An Giang General-Technical School; Mr. Pham Van Nhung, Head of Planning and Finance Department, Hau Giang Community College; Dr. Nguyen Van Tuyen, Deputy Director of the Center for Joint Training and Continuing Education, Hau Giang Community College; and Mr. Phan Van Tan, Director of the Center for Vocational Education and Training in Hau Giang.
At this time’s graduation, there were 354 new bachelor and engineering graduates majoring in Law, Accounting, Agriculture, and Early Childhood Education in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 classes of the work-study program. Most of them are officials and public employees from Hau Giang and An Giang provinces.
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Diep Thanh Tung sent congratulations to the new graduates, and expressed his gratitude to the affiliates and local authorities for their trust and companionship. He also said that those bachelor and engineering degrees of the new graduates were an affirmation of efforts to overcome difficulties to achieve good results today.
On behalf of the 354 new graduates, Tran Minh Cong, who graduated from the Primary Education class of 2019, thanked the teachers of Tra Vinh University, and took an oath to continuously strive to learn, as well as to apply learned knowledge to their work and lives in order to bring more value to the community.
