TVU – On the afternoon of March 1st, Tra Vinh University Council held a ceremony to announce and present the decision to appoint Dr. Phan Quoc Nghia as the Vice-Rector of the University for the term 2021-2025.
Attending the ceremony was the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Thanh Binh; Mr. Tran Hoan Kim, Chairman of the Advisory Council of the University of Tra Vinh; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, Chairman of TVU Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of the University of Tra Vinh.
Dr. Phan Quoc Nghia is a member of the TVU Party Committee’s Executive Committee, term V, 2020-2025, and Head of the Department of Assessment of TVU.
In his speech at the appointment ceremony, Vice Rector Phan Quoc Nghia promised to fulfill the tasks assigned by the TVU Council and the Executive Board, contributing to making the University of Tra Vinh a leading university in the future.
