TVU – On December 26, 2022, Tra Vinh University’s Faculty of Agriculture and Fisheries signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia to promote cooperation in the field of education. education, scientific research and community development projects.

In September 2022, a group of veterinary students, Tra Vinh University participated in a student exchange program at Gadjah Mada University.

The Memorandum of Understanding is the premise to help students and lecturers of both sides have more opportunities to exchange, learn from experience, and share resources in teaching, scientific research, student exchange, etc. lecturers. This is considered an important step, in expanding job opportunities for TVU students abroad. It is expected that soon, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Agriculture and Fisheries, Tra Vinh University will create favorable conditions for the University’s students to study and research at Gadjah Mada University. under the student exchange project between the two schools.

The Faculty of Agriculture and Fisheries in general and the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine in particular, always create favorable conditions for students to develop comprehensively and enhance integration and cooperation with many domestic and foreign partners.

Prof. Dr. Budi Guntoro, Dean of the Faculty of Livestock Production, Gadjah Mada University visited the farming and breeding model of Tra Vinh University.

Gadjah Mada University (UGM) is one of the oldest and largest universities in Indonesia, ranked 34th out of 1050 green and sustainable universities according to UI Greenmetric World University Rankings (December 2022). In particular, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of UGM is experiencing great development, attracting many international Ph.D. students, students, and lecturers to visit and study.
