During June 20-21, 2025, Tra Vinh University successfully organized the International Scientific Conference on Research Issues in Science and Technology – RET 2025 with the participation of many scientists, experts, lecturers, researchers and students from many universities and research institutes at home and abroad.
The RET 2025 Conference is an annual academic forum organized by Tra Vinh University to enhance academic exchanges, promote research cooperation and technology transfer in the fields of engineering, technology, and innovation.
Highlights of RET 2025:
- RET 2005 attracted over 100 delegates, including many international scholars and experts from countries such as the Netherlands, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and the Philippines.
- 04 keynotes were presented by internationally renowned professors and experts in the fields of artificial intelligence, energy technology, automation, and engineering education.
- More than 50 scientific papers were accepted and presented at specialized subcommittees, reflecting new research results in the fields of information technology, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering – automation, construction engineering, chemical engineering and new materials.
- This year’s conference focused on interdisciplinary research for sustainable development, while simultaneously expanding the topic of engineering education in the AI era.
Speaking at the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of Tra Vinh University, Head of the Organizing Committee of the conference, affirmed:
“RET is not only a scientific forum but also a part of the university’s development strategy, aiming to become a center for research and innovation associated with community service and sustainable development.”
