(TVU) \u2013 On March 20, 2023, more than 100 students from Tra Vinh University had an exchange with Mr. Behzad Babakhani, the Canadian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City during his visit to the university. TS Nguyen Thanh My, founder and chairman of My Lan Group\u2019s Board of Directors, also attended the event as a guest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students learned about studying abroad, the education system, living conditions, career opportunities, and Canadian culture during the exchange. They also heard practical experiences and advice from TS Nguyen Thanh My on his own journey of studying abroad, settling down, and establishing a successful career in Canada.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Sir. Behzad Babakhani introduced Tra Vinh University students to images and people of Canada, his work experience at the Canadian Consulate General, as well as his personal experiences and impressions of Vietnam\u2019s culture and people. This exchange reinforced the increasingly strong and sustainable diplomatic relationship between Vietnam and Canada.<\/p>\n

Associate Professor Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice-Rector of the university, expressed profound gratitude to Sir. Behzad Babakhani for his meaningful exchange with Tra Vinh University students. The Vice Rector hoped that through this exchange, Tra Vinh University students could have the opportunity to learn about Canada\u2019s culture, education system, and people, as well as gain insight into policies related to living and studying for Vietnamese international students. According to the Vice-Rector, Sir. Babakhani\u2019s visit and work at Tra Vinh University affirmed the increasingly strong and sustainable diplomatic relationship between Vietnam-Canada in general and Tra Vinh University and its Canadian partners in particular.<\/p>\n
