    EnglishWorks is a collaborative effort between SEAMEO RETRAC, the Regional English Office (RELO) of the US Embassy in Hanoi, and the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. This marks the second consecutive year that the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Tra Vinh University has been chosen as a partner to implement this valuable program.<\/p>\n
