Mr. Pham Van Dieu, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Community Colleges (VACC) and Principal of Gia Lai College, leads the host institution\u2019s delegation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>NSCC lecturers share insights on nurturing student entrepreneurship and enhancing business cooperation.
