The scholarship ceremony is attended by Mr. To Kien Nguyen, Chairman of the Taiwanese Business Association in Vietnam; Ms. Le Thi Chuyen, Assistant and Member of the Association; and Mr. Tran Phat, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Mutual Aid Association in Tra Vinh Province.<\/p>\n
Representing Tra Vinh University are Mr. Tran Hoan Kim, Former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Former Chairman of Tra Vinh Provincial People\u2019s Committee, and Chairman of Tra Vinh University Advisory Council; Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council and Former Vice President of Tra Vinh University; Dr. Ngo So Phe, Principal of the School of Khmer Southern Language \u2013 Culture \u2013 Arts and Humanities, along with representatives from various university departments and the 29 scholarship recipients.<\/p>\n
During the ceremony, the Taiwanese Business Association in Vietnam presents scholarships to 9 graduate students and 20 undergraduate students from Tra Vinh University who demonstrate academic excellence despite challenging circumstances. The total value of the scholarships amounts to 250 million VND.<\/p>\n

In his speech, Mr. To Kien Nguyen, Chairman of the Taiwanese Business Association in Vietnam, expresses the Association\u2019s deep affection for Vietnam and its people, emphasizing their desire to support and encourage students in their academic and research endeavors.<\/p>\n
The Association hopes these meaningful gifts will contribute to the university\u2019s educational mission and inspire students to excel in their studies, promoting a learning society in the local community.<\/p>\n
