announced that Tra Vinh University (TVU) is the only university in Vietnam ranked 86 in the Global Top 100 Innovative Universities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Organizing Committee of the Second Conference of the Hanseatic League of Universities has established and enhanced a university ranking system titled \u201cWorld\u2019s Universities with Real Impact (WURI)\u201d and evaluated the
