TVU \u2013 On the morning of February 4, 2023, the Youth Union \u2013 Student Union of Tra Vinh University cooperated with Tien Phong Newspaper to organize the \u201cGratitude to Vietnamese blood 2023\u201d festive day with the motto \u201cEvery drop of blood to give is to save a life\u201d, and launched the second voluntary blood donation movement in response to the 15th \u201cRed Sunday\u201d program in 2023, attracting hundreds of students and lecturers.<\/strong><\/span>\"\"<\/a>Attending the ceremony were Mr. T\u1eeb Minh \u0110i\u1ec1n, Chairman of the Red Cross Association, Deputy Head of the Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign Committee of Tra Vinh province; Journalist H\u00f2a H\u1ed9i, representative of Tien Phong Newspaper in the Mekong Delta region. On the side of Tra Vinh University, Dr. Th\u1ea1ch Th\u1ecb D\u00e2n, Vice Rector; Ms. Ph\u1ea1m L\u00ea Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng Th\u1ea3o, Vice Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Student Union attended.<\/p>\n

Mr. T\u1eeb Minh \u0110i\u1ec1n shared: The blood donation activity with the message \u201cOne drop of blood given, a life remains\u201d is a meaningful activity, showing the humanitarian spirit, compassion, tolerance, and sharing in life. Although science and technology have made great progress, scientists have not yet studied blood substitute products. Moreover, the amount of blood in the country is not enough to meet the treatment needs of patients, many unfortunate cases occur, and society always focuses on propaganda and mobilizing voluntary blood donation to meet the current demand for blood resources.<\/p>\n
