TVU – On May 25 and 26, 2015, the delegation consisting of 71 participants led by Hon. Melchor P.Petracorta, Municipal Mayor of Limasawa City and Dr. Jude A. Duarte, President of Leyte Normal University (LNU) paid a visit to TVU for MOU signing and cultural exchange between Vietnam and the Philippines. Vice Rector Nguyen Tien Dung and Vice Rector Tran Van Trong warmly welcomed the delegation.
“Since establishing the co-operative relationship, the two universities implement the intern exchange program effectively”, Dr. Jude A. Duarte assessed.
For this visit, TVU and LNU signed a MOU in offering postgraduate courses with the witness of the Municipal Mayor.
Hon. Melchor P.Petracorta and Vice Rector Tran Van Trong also signed a MOU for cultural-educational exchange and promotion in the witness of the representative of Tra Vinh City People’s Committee.
On this valuable occasion, the cultural exchange program was taken place in TVU. The program designed and arranged by lecturers, staff and students of TVU and LNU left good impression to all participants.
