On the morning of September 29, 2023, the Victory Center for Information Technology and Foreign Languages, Tra Vinh University officially inaugurated the Victory Cau Ngang Branch in Vinh Kim hamlet, Mai Huong commune, Cau Ngang district.
Attending the inauguration ceremony were Mr. Tran Minh Banh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Cau Ngang District Party Committee; Mr. Lam Huu Thuyet, Director of Cau Ngang District Department of Education and Training and representatives of Vinh Kim commune leaders.
Representing Tra Vinh University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of Tra Vinh University, representatives of department heads and lecturers of Victory Center for Information Technology and Foreign Languages.

In his speech at the inauguration ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of Tra Vinh University, emphasized that “The Victory Cau Ngang Branch is the beginning of the expansion and development strategy of the Victory Center for Information Technology and Foreign Languages throughout Tra Vinh province and the Mekong Delta region. This milestone marks the efforts and realization of the Center’s development strategy for the future. With the mission of accompanying learners and parents in the locality on the journey of supporting learners, comprehensive development as the motto “Reach for success” that the Victory Center for Information Technology and Foreign Languages has identified.
The Victory Center for Information Technology and Foreign Languages under Tra Vinh University was established in 2006. The center organizes training courses in foreign languages, Khmer and informatics. In addition, the Center also conducts language proficiency assessment activities such as organizing international Cambridge English Certificate exams, IELTS, Khmer certificates, Information Technology Application certificates… meeting the learning needs of learners of all ages.
With its strength in foreign language training, the Victory Cau Ngang Branch offers English familiarization programs at 03 preschools: My Long Town Kindergarten, My Long Bac Kindergarten, Cau Ngang Town Kindergarten with over 200 children participating. In coordination with Cau Ngang District Department of Education and Training, 50 six-month health insurance cards for the 2023 – 2024 academic year were granted to disadvantaged students. At the same time, the Victory Cau Ngang Branch starts receiving registration files, entrance exams for English, Informatics courses… at many education levels.
