TRA VINH, August 9, 2014 – In the morning of August 9, the Job Fair was formally opened at Tra Vinh University (TVU) with participation of 23 enterprises, who have been in the needs of recruitment, and around 800 TVU students. Mr. Vo Hoang Khai, TVU Vice Rector on behalf of Rector Board attended the Fair.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Vo Hoang Khai said: “The Job Fair is a great opportunity for students to contact with enterprises and confirm their competence after studying at TVU. This is also the annual activity to increase employability for students, connecting students to industry and matching employer needs with student capabilities.”
With a variety of recruitment needs in both positions and fields of work from the enterprises, the students had precious opportunity to be interviewed.
Nguyen Thi Thuy An, a student, said: “This is a great opportunity for us to affirm our competence. It is also a good chance to approach to enterprises for our careers.”
Student Truong Thai Dang Tran said: “we are very confident on our competence and we would love to be interviewed with the hope of getting a good job.”
On this occasion, the students also had opportunity to hear from Dr. Nguyen Thanh My, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mylan Group, share learning experience and strategies.
The Fair was closed with positive feedbacks for the students from the enterprises. The employers highly evaluated for identifying career goals and good sense of discipline.
