(TVU) – From August 11 to September 8, 2022, Tra Vinh University’s Center of Excellence in Learning Resources and Innovation organizes a Master teacher training course to improve the teaching capacity of 70 members of the School of Engineering and Technology.

Bloom’s taxonomy, Kolb learning styles, critical thinking, PBL (Problem-based learning and Project-based learning), everyday examples, flipped classroom, and accreditation were among the topics covered from August 11 to September 8, 2022. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thị Mai Hà , Dr. Phạm Trần Bích Thuận, and Dr. Nguyễn Viễn Quốc from Ho Chi Minh City universities participated in the guide.

The training course is designed using the flipped learning model, which combines self-study with trainer guidance on the LMS system, as well as direct experience and discussion activities. This provides trainees with access to highly practical experiential exercises.

“The course provides many practical experience activities, which can apply active teaching methods in each lesson,” said Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thai Son, Dean of the School of Engineering and Technology. “Specifically, assisting students in gathering information on their own and becoming more interested in accessing scientific knowledge.
