TVU – Training of Trainers (ToT) is a practical model that provides teachers with knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and innovation to develop the entrepreneurial environment in schools.
Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An, Director of Tra Vinh Business Incubator, gave information on topics such as entrepreneurship and business awareness, building business models, business idea generators, and digital transformation tools in startup project management. It attracted more than 40 teachers from high schools in Tra Vinh province to attend the training session.
The training session provided teachers with actual experience from startup mentors and experts at Tra Vinh University. This made it simple for them to learn, retain, and apply these skills to creating and managing experiential and career-oriented programs at their high schools. This is a crucial step in improving the teaching standard and inspiring innovation and entrepreneurship among teachers at the high school level.
The School of Economics and Law has made a clear commitment to continuously assisting with and enhancing the teaching skills of teachers in Tra Vinh province through the Training of Trainers sessions. Through this activity, the passion for entrepreneurship and innovation will spread in schools and provide a dynamic learning environment that fosters the future growth of students and the community.
