The Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs of Tra Vinh Province, Tra Vinh University, and the Vietnam – Japan Friendship Association in Tra Vinh Province on the afternoon of December 7 co-host a seminar titled “Constraints in labor relations that businesses should be aware of.”
Attending the seminar are Mr. Trinh Minh Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs of Tra Vinh Province; Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector of Tra Vinh University; Mrs. Phan Thi Thanh Binh, Chairman of the Vietnam – Japan Friendship Association in Tra Vinh Province; MSc. Phung Thi Phuong Khanh, Director of the Community Service Center; as well as lecturers, officials, law students from Tra Vinh University, and representatives of Japanese businesses and businesses in Tra Vinh Province. The speaker of the seminar is Lawyer Dinh Thi Quynh Nhu, Director of An Luat Law Firm in Ho Chi Minh City.
Attorney Dinh Thi Quynh Nhu explains at the seminar about regulations on labor relations in Labor Law, the system of documents created and distributed by businesses, and the essential legal documentation that needs to be formed between businesses and employees.
The speaker delves thoroughly into aspects of labor relations, such as signing labor contracts, labor regulations, business reorganization, and scenarios that arise during labor contract execution.
