(TVU) – Tra Vinh University opens the doors to 50 specialist trainees for an insightful field research experience on the morning of July 23. The visit is part of a comprehensive training program jointly organized by the National Academy of Public Administration’s Ho Chi Minh City branch and Tra Vinh University.
The event brings together representatives from the National Academy of Public Administration’s Ho Chi Minh City branch, Tra Vinh University leadership, and over 50 course participants, fostering a dynamic environment for learning and exchange.
During the working session, Mr. Pham Trung Yen, Head of Tra Vinh University’s Department of Academic Affairs, provides an in-depth overview of the university’s operations and unique characteristics. His presentation offers valuable insights to support trainees’ course-related research and report writing.
Mr. Nguyen Phi Cong, Director of Tra Vinh University’s Center of Career and representative of the training coordination unit, highlights the program’s significance: “This specialist training course, a collaboration between the National Academy of Public Administration’s Ho Chi Minh City branch and Tra Vinh University, caters to 50 trainees who are current officials and civil servants in Tra Vinh province.”
The field research component allows trainees to exchange information and explore Tra Vinh University’s state-of-the-art facilities and laboratories. This hands-on experience is integral to the training curriculum, enhancing the theoretical knowledge gained during the course.
Following their visit and research at the university, trainees are tasked with compiling comprehensive reports, culminating their course work. This practical approach ensures that participants can apply their learning to real-world scenarios, bridging the gap between theory and practice in public administration.
