TVU – On May 27, 2023, the School of Southern Khmer Language – Culture – Arts and Humanities at Tra Vinh University organized a visit for 28 students majoring in Chinese Linguistics from the 2020 class to Apache Vietnam Company, located in Long Giang Industrial Park, Tan Lap 1, Tan Phuoc, Tien Giang province.
“This visit was part of a series of extracurricular activities aimed at providing practical experience for Chinese Linguistics major students, allowing them to explore real career opportunities and enhance their knowledge and skills.” – Dr. Nguyễn Phước Tâm, Vice Dean of the School of Foreign Languages within the School of Southern Khmer Language – Culture – Arts and Humanities, emphasized the importance of these activities.
Dịp này, bà Chen Chia-hui, Giám đốc Nhân sự giới thiệu tổng quan về Công ty, quy trình sản xuất sản phẩm… Bà cho biết hiện Công ty có nhiều phân nhánh, cụ thể là ở Tiền Giang, Vĩnh Long và Trà Vinh, vì thế Công ty hoan nghênh các bạn đến thực tập và tìm kiếm cơ hội việc làm tại Công ty.
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Anh Duy, the Head of the Human Resources Department, provided a brief introduction to the company’s policies for employees and interns. Regarding interns, she mentioned that once selected, the company would sign an internship contract and provide a salary according to the established regulations. She also shared her work experience, skills, and the attitudes necessary for handling and solving job-related tasks, which students should equip themselves with before graduation.
Student Nguyễn Kim Lài expressed her appreciation for the practical experience gained in a rewarding professional working environment. She highlighted the importance of connecting with businesses, exchanging knowledge, learning, and developing themselves while understanding the actual job requirements and career prospects after graduation.
Student Ngô Thị Kiều Phương confided: “The company warmly welcomed and provided us with specific answers to all our questions. This trip has provided us with a wealth of practical knowledge.”
Dr. Nguyễn Phước Tâm, on behalf of the University and the students majoring in Chinese Linguistics, expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors of the Company for creating favorable conditions for the students to visit and acquire valuable knowledge. They expressed hope that many Tra Vinh University students would have the opportunity to practice and seek job opportunities at Apache Company in the future.
