TVU – On October 7th, the Vietnam Digital Communications Association awards the Vietnam Digital Awards in 2023, honoring 22 products, services, solutions and 09 enterprises, and public service units along with 07 state agencies with outstanding digital transformation achievements.
The “Outstanding Digital Transformation Enterprise and Public Service Unit” award of the Vietnam Digital Awards 2023 is given to enterprises and public service units in many fields that have applied digital technology to change their management, production and business models and achieved successful digital transformation.
This year, Tra Vinh University won the award for the Outstanding Public Service Unit in Digital Transformation category. This is the second consecutive year the University has won an award in this category.
Accordingly, the University is awarded for 03 solutions: The document management system and supervision of civil servants’ task performance, integration of student dormitory management system into the common system; The human resource, training, finance, asset management system and mobile app; The training management system for lecturers’ evaluation of E-learning courses (CDS).
At Tra Vinh University, the application of information technology and digital transformation contributes to improving the quality of teaching and learning, enhancing the efficiency of database systems and digital learning resources. The University organizes many training programs on digital transformation knowledge, builds E-learning lectures to support students’ learning processes which are continuously improved. In addition, digitizing various types of profiles, documents, and archiving documents in cyberspace helps enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and scientific research activities.
In 2022, Tra Vinh University was honored to receive the Outstanding Digital Transformation Award (VietNam Digital Awards – VDA, 2022). Specifically, the University was awarded for “The human resource, training management system, Soft skills training management system and Learning outcomes assessment supporting system for training quality improvement”.

The Vietnam Digital Awards – VDA 2023 is an annual award of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association, sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications, first held in 2018. This is one of the positive activities responding to the Resolution of the Politburo on proactively participating in the 4th industrial revolution and the National Digital Transformation Program until 2025, with a vision to 2030 of the Government. |
