Japfa Comfeed Vietnam is very familiar to Vietnamese farmers with its closed process in the Feed-Farm-Food value chain. With the goal of “growing towards mutual prosperity”, the company constantly looks for new partners. Together, they invest in various projects to support the community, save the environment, and provide employment opportunities. Recognizing the potential of Tra Vinh University students, particularly those studying Veterinary and Animal Husbandry, Japfa Comfeed Vietnam negotiated and signed a partnership agreement with Tra Vinh University on human resources training, internship opportunities for students, exchanging technical knowledge, and implementing scientific research programs.

The successful agreement between Tra Vinh University and Japfa Vietnam helps to spread practical benefits to both sides. On the side of Tra Vinh University, students majoring in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary will have the chance to interact with a professional working environment, develop practical knowledge, broaden relationships, etc. after completing their internships at Japfa Comfeed Vietnam under the COOP model. In addition, various scholarships are offered to promote learning, support students with challenging circumstances, improve graduate quality, and ensure job opportunities for them.

On the side of Japfa Comfeed Vietnam, the company will participate in professional orientation and training programs for the youthful labor force, since students are thought to be the most technologically savvy group, as well as the most dynamic and informed. Additionally, the partnership with Tra Vinh University will aid the company in deepening ties with the local community, improving its image as a business that values farm and livestock owners and expanding its reach among Vietnamese farmers who work in the livestock industry.
