In the morning of February 3rd, 2012, the groundbreaking Ceremony of Victory Centre of Informatics and Foreign Languages located at 105 Kien Thi Nhan street, ward 7, Travinh city, Travinh Province was solemly held by TVU.
The total construction area is 1.206m2 with one ground floor and two floors with the main investment of TVU, Phu Hoa and Phu Thanh companies will be responsible for constructing, An Khang company will supervise the construction. The project is expected to be completed in 410 days.
This is the centre for training and delivering the national certificates of foreign languages and informatics. Especially, it also gives courses of Southern Khmer Language and courses of English for children to get international certificates. When being in operation, the centre will improve its position and learners will have a modern and friendly place of studying.
