(TVU) – On April 1st, Tra Vinh University (TVU) and Internal Affair department of Tra Vinh City co-organized the training course on public mobilization and communication skills at the workplace for staff in Tra Vinh City.
Mr. Duong Thanh Tai-Deputy director of The Internal Affair department, Ms. Phung Thi Phuong Khanh-Dean of TVU school of State Management, Office Administration and Tourism, Dr. Nguyen Huy Hoang-representative of National Academy of Public Administration, and over 70 staff learners attended this course.
This two-day training course consisted of two topics. The first topic discussed issues on staff’s communication skills, regulations and methodology of creating a good image at the workplace, presented by Ms. Phung Thi Phuong Khanh. The second topics by Dr. Nguyen Huy Hoang focused on mobilizing people in the local communities.
“This training course is very beneficial to us, helping improve knowledge and necessary skills in public communication. I hope that such the training course will be delivered at Tra Vinh University for more learners next time” Diep Bao Ngoc, a learner in this course said.
