This represents an important step in the chain of self-assessment activities for training program quality, as outlined in AUN-QA standards.

The workshop content focuses on analyzing professional competencies in Tourism and Travel Services Management and gathering feedback on the training program from employers, professional managers, and alumni. The workshop features participation from representative leaders of the College of Khmer Southern Language-Culture-Arts and Humanities (CLASKA), the Center of Excellence in Learning Resources and Innovation, the Quality Assurance Office, lecturers from the Faculty of Tourism Management – Restaurant – Hotel, and nearly 30 enterprises, travel agencies, hotels, and vocational training centers from Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Vinh Long, and other locations. The workshop particularly welcomes nearly 70 delegates, including employers, professional managers, and tourism industry alumni.

The workshop provides an opportunity to connect training with practice while contributing to promoting cooperative relationships between the university and enterprises, thereby improving the quality of human resources in the tourism industry and meeting integration and sustainable development requirements.
