(TVU) – On February 24, Tra Vinh University inaugurated a Vietnamese language program for Cambodian students, marking a significant milestone in international educational cooperation. The event underscored the university’s commitment to developing high-quality human resources for Svay Rieng province and Cambodia, reflecting a strategic approach to cross-border educational exchange.
The opening ceremony brought together a distinguished group of participants, including Mr. Nhem Sary, Deputy Governor of Svay Rieng Province, Dr. Kuch Sitha, Director of the Svay Rieng Provincial Department of Health, and various government officials. Representing Tra Vinh University, Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice-Rector, highlighted the institution’s mission of “Bringing quality learning opportunities to the community” and emphasizing the program’s role in facilitating cultural understanding and professional development.
