On September 17, 2021, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, TVU Vice-Rector and faculties attended the Online scientific Seminar with the topic: “School culture model of Vietnamese Universities in the period of development and integration” hosted by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University at Ho Chi Minh City.
The seminar has representatives of Tra Vinh University, Nha Trang University, Eastern International University, and the host, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The contents discussed at the seminar are from many different viewpoints and aspects in building school culture in Vietnam as School culture of Vietnamese Universities in the period of development and integration; Developing an academic environment aiming to Education 4.0, and etc.
On the side of Tra Vinh University, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa and a group of authors have a report on some school culture features at Tra Vinh University from the perspective of leadership impact.
Accordingly, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa shares about the development strategy orientation for the future years. Specifically, Tra Vinh University has determined to continue to steadfastly maintain four elements, Culture of training and meritocracy; Culture of listening and demand; Culture of Ngo boat and hospitality; Culture of community-oriented, and at the same time, there will be some adjustments required by the practice in the spirit of resoluteness and demand.
