Workshop of exchanging knowledge and providing entrepreneurial skills in Gia Lai

TVU – From June 26th to June 28th, Tra Vinh University and Nova Scotia Community College, in collaboration with Gia Lai Technical College, is organizing a workshop to exchange knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, they are arranging activities for faculty members and students from the three institutions to participate in cultural and culinary exchanges.

The workshop is attended by Associate Professor. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh – Chairman of the Council of Tra Vinh University, Chairman of the Vietnam Community College Association; Master Pham Van Dieu – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Community College Association and Principal of Gia Lai Technical College; and representatives from Nova Scotia Community College, including Kellie McMullin – Head of the International Cooperation Committee, in charge of international relations; Scott Patterson – Head of the Business Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Department; and Christine White – Director in charge of Communications and Marketing.

During the workshop, faculty members and students from the three institutions exchange knowledge and entrepreneurial support skills, as well as discuss cultural differences between the two countries. Additionally, within the framework of the workshop, faculty members and students have the opportunity to visit and engage in cultural and culinary exchanges, sharing methods of preparing Vietnamese dishes.
 
The workshop aims to enhance the knowledge and entrepreneurial skills of the members and students from the three institutions and contribute to the implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed between the schools.
