On May 14th 2012, Tra Vinh University (CTU) warmly welcomed the delegation of Informatics Institute, Singapore led by Mr. Wong Wee Wom – Excutive Chief Officer to pay a visit at TVU. Warmly welcoming the delegation were Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh – TVU Rector, Ms. Chau Thi Hoang Hoa- Director of Cicet, Ms. Huynh My Phuong- Director of International Collaboration and Promoting Projects Office and related staff of TVU.
At the meeting, Ms. Samantha So – Academic Director of Informatics Institute introduced an overall overview of their Institution’s activities and expressed their goodwill to collaborate with TVU in training some majors.
On behalf of TVU Rector Board, Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh- Rector of TVU introduced to the delegation of Informatics Institute on TVU’s achievements and training majors and strongly expressed the willingness to collaborate with Informatics Institute. After discussing the conditions, TVU and Informatics Institute signed an MOU on training some appropriate majors. The collaboration with Informatics Institute of Singapore will bring more chances for TVU’s students to study in a developing country.
