The program was jointly organized by SEAMEO RETRAC, the Regional English Language Office (RELO) of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi, and the U.S. Consulate General Ho Chi Minh City. This is the second consecutive year that the School of Foreign Languages, School of Southern Khmer Language, Culture, Arts and Humanities, Tra Vinh University have been selected as partners to implement this project.

This year, the main goal of the project is to enhance English language proficiency, leadership skills, critical thinking, and the ability to use English in the STEM field for students and disadvantaged youth, preparing them for future learning and career opportunities.

Participants had the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas with experts from RELO and SEAMEO RETRAC on useful topics related to the application of STEM in education, curriculum development, and integrating technology-enhanced English teaching materials.

STEM education equips students with practical applied scientific knowledge, enhancing opportunities to develop skills in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and soft skills.
