In the morning of April 5th, 2012 at room MT01 and room MT02, the group of Network Management held a workshop on document management by eDesk software for TVU staff. Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung – Vice Rector of TVU attended and gave the opening speech at the workshop.
He suggested the participants attending the workshop seriously, grasping what the presenters delivered and applying eDesk to store documents efficiently. Storing documents by eDesk will form the habit of using information technology for the office staff and bring the efficiency for the training development of TVU.
eDesk is a software system that is built and designed by office of Network Management to store input and output documents of the departments and Faculties of TVU and to manage the affairs assigned for the staff .
