The event attracts about 400 students forming 117 teams from universities, colleges, and high schools across six provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta. A professional panel selects these teams from nearly 300 initial online submissions. This year’s training emphasizes hands-on practice and solving simulated market challenges.

On March 21, participants engage in a practical business model titled “Export Shirt Production,” guided by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Teams design production scenarios, calculate costs, identify markets, and connect with potential partners. The activity requires each team to build a full production and sales plan, manage revenue and expenses, and evaluate profit and loss to gain real-world management insights.

Later the same day, teams take part in direct selling at the 2026 Youth Camp hosted by Tra Vinh University. This activity tests their ability to interact with customers, manage finances, and assess the commercial feasibility of their startup ideas in a real market setting.
On March 22, the program shifts to strengthening theoretical foundations and project development. Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An, Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Director of the Vinh Long Business Incubator, delivers key sessions on refining project ideas, team building, investment pitching, and brand identity development. He notes that the training equips students with essential business skills and prepares them for real investment environments.

At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee awards outstanding teams for performance in the simulated production model and for strong sales results during the practical market session. Following the training round, teams continue to refine their projects in preparation for the INNOBE 2026 final round, scheduled to take place in late April 2026 at Bac Lieu University.
