TVU – On September 28, 2023, with support and connection from VTI Academy, 30 excellent Information Technology students from Tra Vinh University participated in the experiential Company Tour “Realize Your Dream” in Ho Chi Minh City. Accompanying them was Dr. Nguyen Bao An, Deputy Head of Information Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
The first visit was to VTI Academy headquarters, where students attended a project showcase by VTI Academy’s TrainDev trainees. The 3rd and 4th year students experienced real software projects with Clean Architecture on Java SpringBoot platform, gaining insights into corporate needs and real software project formats. They were also greatly motivated by career sharing from Mr. Do Dang Khoa, VTI Academy’s Operations Director for the South, and Mr. Truong Minh Tuan, VTI Academy’s program expert.
The highlight of the afternoon was BlueBolt Software, a software company specializing in tailored tech solutions. Ms. Huynh Thi My Hong, Business Development Director of BlueBolt, welcomed and introduced BlueBolt’s philosophy, operations and successful projects for top Vietnamese and international companies. Here, BlueBolt’s CEO Dat Le shared his startup journey, important factors in career choices and advice on achieving success.
At the conclusion, Dr. Nguyen Bao An thanked VTI Academy and BlueBolt Software leaders and expressed that more beneficial study trips like this will be organized for students with corporate connections and support.
