(GSV-GV.TVU) – At the middle of June, the competition of Taekwondo 2019 was taking place at Cang Long district’s Sport Hall with the attraction of teams from the districts and towns of Tra Vinh province.
Taekwondo team of Tra Vinh University (TVU) consisted of 16 members led by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Chairman of Taekwondo club.
The competitors had to pass 18 contents including separate parts of individuals and groups.
Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Tuấn said: “This competition is not only very beneficial to health bứt also gives opportunity for team members to learn from each other.”
Nguyen Phat Dat, TVU student of course 2016, with the gold medal in the single competitive part expressed: “I feel very happy to get this prize. I would like to give my big thanks to TVU for offering us opportunity to join this healthy playground, thereby fostering professional skills for future tournaments.”
TVU Taekwondo team excellently got one gold medal, three silver ones and six bronze ones.
