(TVU) – Four undergraduate programs of Tra Vinh University (TVU) have been assessed through FIBAA comprising Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and Finance-banking.
For this international assessment, the school has to satisfy full criteria by FIBAA consisting of quality goal, resources for teaching, learning and research.
The assessment took place on two consecutive days of 30-31 May. The FIBAA team conducted teaching and learning facilities assessment and in-person interviews to involved people.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, TVU Rector said: “International assessment to educational programs plays an important role in improving its training quality and leading TVU to international integration. The university always makes efforts to bring quality learning opportunity to community through its training programs internationalization.”
The result of this assessment will be sent to TVU at the end of July, 2019.
Tra Vinh University step-by-step internationalizes its training programs towards educational quality assurance. It also plans to be assessed through AUN and ABE in the fields of Agri-aquaculture, Engineering and Technology.
FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) is a European, internationally oriented agency for quality assurance and quality development in higher education. The certificate is acknowledged as one of the most prestigious in the world.
