Tra Vinh University students achieve remarkable success with two innovative projects:

The Second Prize was awarded to the “Artificial Wood Production from Rice Straw” project by Son Tran Minh Man, Nguyen Xuan Thanh, and Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong. This innovative solution addresses sustainable wood production by recycling rice straw into durable building materials, offering an eco-friendly alternative to natural wood while reducing agricultural waste.

“We are immensely proud of winning second prize in this regional competition,” says Son Tran Minh Man, team representative. “This achievement represents our hard work and motivates us to pursue our entrepreneurial journey more confidently. We hope our idea will pioneer and inspire more innovations contributing to a circular economy and sustainable development.”

Additionally, the “LucbinhGauze” project by Nguyen Ngoc Nhu Quynh, Duong Chi Linh, Pham Quoc Huy, Truong Minh Loc, and Nguyen Thi Bich Tram secures third place. Their project innovatively transforms water hyacinth into biodegradable medical gauze, addressing environmental concerns and healthcare needs.
