(TVU)- In the middle of September, the final round of the startup initiative competition held at Tra Vinh University attracted the participation of over 50 TVU students and enterprises.
After three months, the organizing committee has selected six excellent startup ideas. The first prize has been offered to TVU student group of Nguyen Thanh Gia and Diep Phuoc Trung with the outstanding initiative “Bringing wood-apple products to customers”. Luong Manh Duong, TVU alumnus has received the second prize with the project idea “Pure coconut oil”. And the third prize has been awarded to the agricultural cooperative team with the idea “Chemical-free TVrice.”
The first prize-awarded author said: “This is a great opportunity for us to challenge ourselves to new ideas. We expect that this project is be able to help bring more business opportunities to local people, especially Khmer ones in Tra Vinh province.”
