TVU – On June 21, 2025, Tra Vinh Province Business Incubator opens the 2025 Startup Academy Program with 20 participants representing businesses, cooperatives, business households, and startup projects from An Giang, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, and Tra Vinh. The training program runs for 17 sessions from June 28 to late August 2025, aiming to provide necessary knowledge and skills combined with practical exercises to develop problem-solving capabilities for specific issues of each business, cooperative, and startup project.
The opening ceremony attracts attention and participation from representatives of provincial departments and agencies, experts, the Tra Vinh Province Startup Advisory Council members, and businesses, cooperatives, and business households from within and outside the province.
Tra Vinh University representatives include Associate Professor Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice Rector of Tra Vinh University, Master Nguyen Van Vu An, Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Tra Vinh Province Business Incubator.
Speaking at the program, Associate Professor Dr. Diep Thanh Tung highly appreciates the learning spirit, entrepreneurial aspirations, and determination to overcome difficulties of businesses, cooperatives, and business households participating in the program. The 2025 Startup Academy will accompany founders from ideas to project realization.
During the program, 20 participants representing startup projects introduce their business ideas, demonstrating an innovative spirit, creativity, and diversity in operational fields – from agriculture, food, technology, to community services. Additionally, the dialogue program with business representatives provides opportunities for participants to exchange views, reflect on difficulties during the startup process, and receive answers and guidance from representatives of provincial departments and agencies.
On this occasion, Mr. Tran Minh Nhat, Director of Cua Co Bap Co., Ltd., and Ms. Mai Duy Hanh, Owner of Tra Minh Chau facility – fourth cohort academy participants and members of Tra Vinh Province Startup Advisory Council – share their entrepreneurial journeys and startup experiences, providing strong inspiration to participants.
At the opening program, Tra Vinh Province Business Incubator summarizes and awards certificates for the “Online Business Startup” program to 45 participants. This course targets participants who want to start and develop online businesses. Through the course, participants receive knowledge and skills from basic to advanced levels, equipped with modern tools and sales strategies for quick practical application and success in online business.
| The “Startup Academy” represents a startup acceleration program designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills combined with practical exercises to develop problem-solving capabilities for specific issues of each business, cooperative, and startup project. Within the program framework, participants join 1:1 mentoring sessions with successful entrepreneurs and attend Investment Day – Demo Day, opening opportunities to attract investment capital, seek strategic partners, and connect with potential markets. The program also creates opportunities for businesses to access and update policies, contributing to foundations for sustainable business development and the startup movement in the province through dialogue between the public sector and industries. |
