On April 24th, 2012, Party Committee of Tra Vinh University (TVU) solemnly held a Ceremony to deliver forty-year medal for Mr. Tran Hoan Kim, President of the Advisory Council, Former Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Former President of Tra Vinh provincial People’s Committee and thirty-year badges for Mr. Le Van Don-Deputy Party Secretary of TVU, Vice Rector, Mr. Dinh Tan Dung-staff of Administration Office, Mr. Bui Van Ngoi- staff of Dormitory Board of Management. Receiving the party medal is noble and honorable for members of the Vietnamese Communist Party.
The ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Tri Dung- Secretary of Tra Vinh Party Committee, Mr. Tong Minh Vien-Vice President of Tra Vinh Provincial People’s Committee, Ms. Son Thi Anh Hong- Vice President of Tra Vinh Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Bui Quang Huy- Former Secretary of Party Committee of Tra Vinh Province; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dao- Secretary of Party Committee of government units, leaders of Tra Vinh departments and TVU Rector Board.
At the ceremony, Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh – Party Secretary, Rector of Tra Vinh University congratulated the members received the medals. Concurrently, on behalf of the Party Committee of TVU, Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh acknowledged the contribution of party members in building the Party Committee of TVU in recent years. Especially, Dr. Khanh acknowledged Mr. Tran Hoan Kim for his contribution in building and developing successfully the model of Community College as well as the developing of Tra Vinh University.
At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Hoan Kim expressed his deep gratitude to the leaders of Tra Vinh for their participation. He expressed that he was very happy to be delivered the medal and promised to continue to devote his life in building and developing the country. The ceremony is a meaningful event helping members of Party Committee of TVU strive their best and give more contribution to the development of the country.
