In his opening remarks, Assoc. He emphasizes that students need to build a clear roadmap during university years to accumulate knowledge, develop skills, and cultivate a positive attitude to secure employment after graduation.

The talk show focuses on key concerns in the job search journey, providing practical insights from guest speakers. The discussions help students better understand their personal value in the labor market, expand their mindset, and identify future development opportunities.

Sharing his career journey, Mr. Chiem Hoang Dien highlights that the student stage forms a critical foundation for long-term career development. He notes that individuals need to demonstrate capability through effective performance, measurable results, and readiness to take on greater responsibility. To become key contributors, individuals must continuously enhance their personal value and push beyond their limits.

He also introduces four essential “weapons” for breakthrough in the new era, including networking, mastering artificial intelligence, developing a business mindset, and adopting a non-geographical market mindset. He advises students to leverage digital platforms to build professional networks, apply AI to improve productivity, focus on generating value for organizations, and stay ready to work in a global environment without geographical constraints.

During the discussion session, Mr. Bui Ngoc Giap advises students to manage time effectively, focus on meaningful work instead of “fake busyness,” maintain discipline in study and life, and consistently follow clear plans to achieve long-term success.
