(TVU) – From February 25-27, 2025, the ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) externally evaluates three training programs: Aquaculture, Veterinary Medicine, and Primary Education.
The AUN-QA evaluation team comprises leading experts, including Prof. Dr. Aleth Therese L. Dacanay, Team Leader and Principal Assessor for Aquaculture Engineering; Prof. Dr. Rosemary Seva, Principal Assessor for Veterinary Medicine; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuanthip Kamolvarin, Principal Assessor for Primary Education, and other team members.
From Tra Vinh University, the welcoming delegation includes Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector; Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council, and representatives from various units.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa shares that international accreditation, particularly AUN-QA evaluation, is a valuable opportunity for Tra Vinh University to reassess its training quality, thereby implementing appropriate improvements to better meet social and international needs. Additionally, this is a crucial step in the regional and international educational integration roadmap, continuously striving to improve program quality.
