(TVU) – On the evening of October 11th, Victory Centre of Informatics and Foreign Languages of Tra Vinh University held the Cambridge English Certificate Awarding Ceremony for 253 students at many levels of Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET, and PET. This is a key for students to open the door to their future, conquer confidently the world, and integrate into an education that meets the international quality.
An effective measure of English proficiency
As one of the prestigious assessment tools at Cambridge University (UK), Cambridge certificates are recognized in more than 20,000 universities and educational institutions around the world. Every year, more than 5 million students in primary, secondary, and high schools from more than 130 countries around the world register to participate in Cambridge Assessment English.
Being permanently valid and widely recognized worldwide, many Cambridge English exams have been accepted for visa purposes and study in the UK, Australia, the USA, and Canada. The goal of the Cambridge exam is not to create competition, but to orient students to interesting experiences, to explore themselves, and to equip the necessary skills for an integrated future.
Speaking to congratulate students who completed the course, Dr. Cao Thi Hong Cam, Director of Victory Centre of Informatics and Foreign Languages, affirmed: “Victory center always gives students a quality and prestigious environment. Students are awarded the prestigious Cambridge certificate to recognize their hard work and efforts, helping them to be confident in their journey to conquer English.”.
Marking non-stop learning efforts
In this solemn ceremony, Victory Centre of Informatics and Foreign Languages awarded certificates to 253 students who were excellent to receive Cambridge certificates at 5 levels, including Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET, and PET. In which, 66 students are at Starter level, 37 students at Flyer level, 63 students at Mover level, 63 students at KET level, and 24 students at PET. This event is a recognition of the positive efforts and achievements that students have achieved in the last exam.
The International English Certificate is considered as a golden key supporting children in their journey to conquer knowledge. Having an international English certificate early helps students to firmly have their English knowledge, expand their future, and reach out to the world to integrate into the international community.
Selected by the Cambridge Assessment English of Cambridge University to be the authorized agency to conduct Cambridge examinations and certifications. Over the past 8 years, Victory has successfully fostered and trained the young generation with English language competency meeting international standards. Victory regularly organizes Cambridge examinations, enabling thousands of students to achieve Cambridge International Certificates at Starters, Movers and Flyers, KET, and PET levels.
At the end of the program, the Organization Committee gave 77 gifts to the students who completed the course. The ceremony was taken place with many exciting performances by international students and volunteers.
