From August 24 to August 30, 2025, candidates confirm their enrollment on the Ministry of Education and Training’s General Admission System and come to Tra Vinh University to complete direct enrollment procedures.
The enrollment atmosphere is extremely busy and lively as many candidates and parents from all localities come to the University.
Bustling atmosphere welcomes new students
From early morning, hundreds of new students and parents were present at the University to begin enrollment procedures. The atmosphere has become more bustling and lively than ever with the excitement, pride, and mixed wonder of students as they officially become members of the TVU big family.
Tran Thi Thanh Truc, a new Medical Laboratory Technology student, joyfully shared: “I feel very happy and proud to be admitted to Tra Vinh University because it is one of the universities with many quality-accredited programs. In the upcoming academic year, I hope to join the University’s clubs to become more active and make the learning process more meaningful. Besides that, I will try to study hard and hope to receive scholarships from my university.”
New student Ho Duy Khang, majoring in Veterinary Medicine, shared: “Before registering my preferences for the university, my family and I thoroughly researched information about training and teaching quality. Therefore, I feel very happy and proud to be admitted to Tra Vinh University to study my favorite subject, Veterinary Medicine, which was also my first preference when registering for admission. On my university journey, I have set the goal to complete the course well and get a good job right after graduation.”
Also in a joyful mood, Nguyen Phuc Hau, a new Biotechnology student, shared: “I feel the atmosphere at the university today is quite vibrant and bustling. I registered for Tra Vinh University as my first preference and set the goal to achieve excellent grades this academic year. I hope that my friends and I will complete our four years of university well and get good jobs right after graduation.”
Besides enrollment procedures, the University also organizes many exciting activities such as campus tours, learning about clubs, and chatting with senior students, helping new students quickly integrate and creating good impressions for new students from their first days in the university environment.
Accompanying children on their new learning journey
Being present very early to accompany his nephew who was admitted to the Automotive Engineering Technology program, Mr. Tran Van Giau from Tay Ninh happily said: “Although our home is far away, the whole family was very excited and thrilled when my nephew was admitted to the University, so we arranged to depart early. When we arrived at the university, thanks to the dedicated guidance of teachers and volunteer students, the enrollment procedures went very quickly and smoothly. I hope that with the University’s educational quality, it will give wings to my nephew for a good career future and become a useful person for society,” Mr. Giau shared.
Unable to hide his joyful emotions on enrollment day, Nguyen Thanh Do, a new Veterinary Medicine student, was also happy to have his extended family from Dong Thap accompany him to the university.
Ms. Tran Thi Bao Tran (Cau Ngang, Vinh Long) said: “When my child was admitted to the English Language program at Tra Vinh University, the family was very happy. To encourage and motivate my child on this new learning journey, I took the opportunity to go from early morning to accompany my child to university enrollment and tour the learning environment. Coming to the university, I see the campus is spacious, facilities are modern, staff are friendly and enthusiastic in support, so I feel very reassured about my daughter studying at the university,” Ms. Bao Tran expressed.
Besides new students from Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho City, Vinh Long, Long An, Dong Thap, many parents and new students from distant provinces like Quang Tri, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Binh Thuan have also traveled long distances and arranged to come to the university very early to proceed with enrollment and find accommodation.
Scientific and effective enrollment procedure process
To help new students and parents complete enrollment procedures quickly and conveniently, Tra Vinh University has built a scientific enrollment process.
During the direct enrollment procedure period, the University arranges diagrams and deploys volunteers to guide enrollment, guide viewing class schedules, entrance English proficiency test schedules, dormitory registration, tuition and fee payments, student profile updates according to convenient digitization processes. New students receive dedicated and complete answers about regulations, procedures, and enrollment documents, creating the most favorable conditions for new students.
The University applies new technology in the enrollment process, with online registration systems and QR code scanning to reduce waiting time. In addition, the University also arranges waiting areas for parents and new students, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere from the first day.
Phan Thi Im, a new Nursing student from Ca Mau, shared: “I feel today’s enrollment process was very quick and convenient. I received quite a lot of help from older students and teachers. Although my documents and papers had many errors that needed correction, with the support of teachers, I completed the document corrections very quickly.”
Parent Tran Thi Tuyet (Vung Liem, Vinh Long) said: “I brought my child to do enrollment procedures. I see the students here are very lovely, receive very enthusiastically and guide new students carefully from document submission, document review to tuition payment to complete today’s procedures. I feel very satisfied.”
