On December 7th, at Tra Vinh University (TVU), we conducted a crucial ToT (Training of Trainers) program to increase awareness about plastic pollution for 10 school teachers and 5 undergraduate students from TVU’s Institute for Environmental Engineering.
This event is among several key activities supported by the Canadian Fund for Local Initiative under the “Reduce-Reuse-Recycle Adolescents” project, led by Tra Vinh University.
By equipping the teachers and students with the knowledge and skills to educate their younger students, we empower youth to become agents of change. These dedicated individuals will now lead impactful training sessions in secondary and high schools, fostering a deeper understanding of this critical environmental issue.
